حُرُوف الْجَرّ (Prepositions)

The Gravity Rule
Particles of Jarr pull the ending of the next noun from "u" down to "i".

Identifying Particles (حُرُوف)
Preposition (حَرْف جَرّ)
These particles specifically change the Ism after them to the Majroor state (ending with 'i').
Other Particles (حُرُوف أُخْرَى)
Not all particles are prepositions. Some like 'Wa' (and) or 'Inna' (indeed) have different effects.
